Who is responsible

egob, LLC (“egobtrade”, “we”), a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, United States, at 2810 N Church St, Ste 90421, Wilmington, DE 19802, is the controller of any personal data described here. You can reach us at info@egobtrade.com.

What this website collects

Nothing that identifies you. This site is a set of static pages. It has no contact form, no login, no shopping cart and no comment section.

• No cookies. We set no cookies of any kind, including analytics or advertising cookies.
• No analytics or tracking. We run no analytics product and embed no third-party trackers, pixels or social widgets.
• No third-party fonts or scripts. Every file the site loads is served from our own domain.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., processes standard server request data (such as IP address, timestamp and requested URL) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This is ordinary technical processing carried out by the host, not data we collect or use for our own purposes.

If you contact us

When you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to send — typically your name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message.

• Purpose: to read and respond to your enquiry and, if it leads to business, to carry out that business.
• Legal basis (where the GDPR applies): our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
• Retention: correspondence is kept while it remains commercially relevant and thereafter only as long as required by applicable record-keeping and tax rules.
• Recipients: our email is provided by Google (Gmail) and routed through Cloudflare Email Routing. We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone for marketing purposes.

International transfers

We are established in the United States and our service providers operate internationally. If you contact us from outside the United States, the information in your message will be processed in the United States and in other countries where those providers operate.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, and to receive a copy of it. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have these rights under the GDPR; residents of California have comparable rights under the CCPA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

To exercise any right, write to info@egobtrade.com. We will respond within the period required by the applicable law. If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This website is directed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
